🔰 قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی حقوقی یکسان را برای عموم شهروندان در نظر گرفته و تاکید کرده که «همه افراد ملت اعم از زن و مرد، یکسان در حمایت قانون قرار دارند و از همه حقوق انسانی، سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی با رعایت موازین اسلام برخوردارند.» عموم شهروندان حق تشکیل آزادانه گروه در شبکه‌های اجتماعی و عضویت در آن را دارند و هیچ قانون و مقامی نمی‌تواند این حق را از آنان سلب کند (بخش سوم اصل 9 قانون اساسی)، بنابراین سلب این حق از دانشجویان نیز مصداق اعمال تبعیض ناروا است و براساس بند 9 اصل 3 قانون اساسی، ممنوع. قانون اساسی همچنین در اصل 22 تعرض به «حقوق» شهروندان را هم «ممنوع» کرده اما شیوه نامه انضباطی دانشجویان عملا مشغول این اقدام است و از قرار معلوم، راه اعتراض قانونی‌ای هم وجود ندارد.

Export WhatsApp stickers to Telegram on iPhone

You can’t. What you can do, though, is use WhatsApp’s and Telegram’s web platforms to transfer stickers. It’s easy, but might take a while.Open WhatsApp in your browser, find a sticker you like in a chat, and right-click on it to save it as an image. The file won’t be a picture, though—it’s a webpage and will have a .webp extension. Don’t be scared, this is the way. Repeat this step to save as many stickers as you want.Then, open Telegram in your browser and go into your Saved messages chat. Just as you’d share a file with a friend, click the Share file button on the bottom left of the chat window (it looks like a dog-eared paper), and select the .webp files you downloaded. Click Open and you’ll see your stickers in your Saved messages chat. This is now your sticker depository. To use them, forward them as you would a message from one chat to the other: by clicking or long-pressing on the sticker, and then choosing Forward.

How Does Bitcoin Work?

Bitcoin is built on a distributed digital record called a blockchain. Entries are strung together in chronological order, creating a digital chain of blocks. “Once a block is added to the blockchain, it becomes accessible to anyone who wishes to view it, acting as a public ledger of cryptocurrency transactions,” says Stacey Harris, consultant for Pelicoin, a network of cryptocurrency ATMs. Blockchain is decentralized, which means it’s not controlled by any one organization. “It’s like a Google Doc that anyone can work on,” says Buchi Okoro, CEO and co-founder of African cryptocurrency exchange Quidax. “Nobody owns it, but anyone who has a link can contribute to it. And as different people update it, your copy also gets updated.”
